Misono Hotel - Kawayu Onsen

It's only an hour or so to Kawayu Spa and the Misono Hotel from the cranes. I don't think they were expecting us. After waiting a while and some frantic photo copying of our email confirmation we were lead to our room. Dinner was again served in our room. Another crab based feast with a steak dish too. Hokkaido steak isn't a patch on Hida beef though. I almost forgot the venison dish too. The deer is from outside the hotel apparently and is the dark red meat in one of the photos below. We're almost sick we so stuffed after this feast.
And now, for the first time, we catch the futon fairies making our bed.
