Tender little morsel of pork belly.
Zucchini flower stuffed with black pudding, chorizo broth and pearl barley

Nice way to hide the black pudding. Very tasty though and the chorizo broth tasted like chorizo. I wonder how they distill the flavour so well like that? Funny, I used to hate pearl barley as a kid.
