Spicy steak tartare of raw, grass fed Wagyu Beef

Prawns cooked in garlic and fino with broad beans

Baby leak wrapped in brik pastry served with chicken liver parfait

Air cured Wagyu Beef thinly sliced with a truffle foam and poached egg

White beans garnished with Berkshire pork belly, chorizo and black pudding
