Coffin bay oysters...



Michelle has also made a vinaigrette to go with them. Actually better than the Tetsuya's vinaigrette I had in the fridge. Nice early evening snack. I even risked losing a finger or two and shucked them myself.
We'll tackle dinner later... Wagyu burgers. Frack me if you can't buy cheap wagyu to mince. Thanks Hudson's Meats.
