  2. If it was Swiss Gruyere it would be called Swiss Gruyere but this is Heidi Gruyere from Heidi Farm in Tasmania.

  3. Gruyere is a type of cheese typically from switzerland. Heidi is the most typical steriotypical name of a swiss girl. lame. you said you had "heidi gruyere" oh yeah... i'm a bit slow...... such a stupid, lame name for a swiss cheese couldn't possible come from swtizerland it must be Australian. but on the otherhand it is clever cause not all australians would know that Gruyere is swiss so when they see the heidi maybe they think "swiss". i take it all back, maybe Heidi Gruyere although lame for german speakers is prob good and quiet clever for the average australian. bit like sourcraut sisters

  4. Ah Benny, you've been in Deutschland too long and have gone native. Not that it is a bad thing. I like Heidi (used to know a couple of cute Heidis). I like the Swiss. I like cheese. I like Tasmania. I like Germans. I don't like sauerkraut.
