At the 3 Hat awarded restaurant Marque for my birthday. We've decided to go with the Degustation Menu with matching wines. 9 courses apparently. Started with their version of a boiled egg. Something creamy with maple syrup and some sort of spicy fruit infusion over the chaud-froid boiled egg. Best ever.
