That creme caramel we made yesterday is perfect today


  1. Ah, great looking creme caramel! you gave me the recipe before and I had wanted to try it but I'm a bit apprehensive about adding the red wine vinegar...

  2. Don't be. You don't need much. Maybe a teaspoon. I usually pour in a cap full. A bottle cap that is. I have accidentally spilled a fair bit in to no ill affect. It smells strong when you put it in the sugar but the caramelisation process soon gets rid of that.
