    Oh well, I'd eat creme caramel or this creme brulee recipe no matter how flat they may be. Bon appetit.

    Thanks Kim. Excellent website you have there. Your creme brulee recipe is quite different to the one we've attempted in the past. We'll have to give yours a go.
