Thomas Keller's Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Thomas Keller, legendary chef from The French Laundry in California, has a cook book for those of us whose cooking aspirations are not so lofty as to attempt to emulate his French Laundry recipes. The book is Ad Hoc At Home and it is where I got this recipe for Buttermilk Fried Chicken and garlic potato puree. The coleslaw is all mine.
