Recently I've been lucky enough to hit both the major pancake franchises in Oz. Here at Pancakes On the Rocks and The Pancake Parlour in Canberra. It was okay tonight but I have to say that as far as pancakes go I have to give the points to the Pancake Parlour. Unfortunately there hasn't been a Pancake Parlour in Sydney for sometime - they're limited to Melbourne and Canberra these days - and Pancakes On The Rocks just misses the mark. Service was good though. We had a girl from Lyon in France on a working visa doing the waiting. She was excited about visiting the West and North of Oz in a few weeks.
